Domestic Shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. For U.S. orders under $100, we offer $10.95 flat-rate shipping. Orders generally take 2-5 business days to arrive.
Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding holidays & weekends. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your order a little quicker, we offer the following expedited shipping options:
UPS Express $35 (domestic only).
Please note: all orders with expedited shipping must be placed by 12:00PM EST in order to ship the same day. All orders with expedited shipping placed after 12:00PM EST will be shipped the following business day.

What is your return and exchange policy?
We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If this is not the case, please visit our returns portal here to begin the return process. Just have your order number and shipping zip code in hand. You'll find your order number on your Goldie LeWinter order confirmation email. We gladly accept returns or exchanges on items that are not marked as final sale within 30 days of purchase as long as they are in original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags).
Do you offer free returns?
Unless you are processing an exchange or store credit, $10.95 is deducted from your refund back to your credit card for the cost of the return shipping label.
Will I be able to return items purchased with my welcome code
Yes! You will be able to return/exchange items purchased with the welcome code.
How soon will I get my refund
Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package, but often sooner. We'll send you an email when your refund has been processed. Depending on your bank it can take 4-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Please contact your bank if your refund does not appear after it has been processed by Goldie LeWinter. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
What is Shop Now for exchanges?
Our returns portal allows customers to exchange any items in their order for a new size, color, or alternate item. If you would like to exchange your item for a new style, please proceed with a return and at the end of the return process you will be given the opportunity to Shop Now and select new Goldie LeWinter items. We offer a $5 bonus credit if you utilize the Shop Now option. Any discount value from your original order will also carry over to your Shop Now balance.
How does Instant Exchange work
When initiating an exchange through our return portal, the Instant Exchange feature allows you to receive your replacement item instantly, instead of waiting for the return item to be shipped back and processed. Instant Exchange accelerates the exchange process by shipping the new product immediately. The item(s) for return need to be shipped back to Goldie LeWinter within 14 days of the Instant Exchange otherwise you will be charged the amount of the returned items.
One of the benefits to Instant Exchange is you can receive their replacement items without the typical delays associated with traditional return processes which avoids the risk of the replacement items selling out in the meantime.
There are no additional costs associated with an Instant Exchange. However, we do take your credit card information at checkout in the even that you choose to keep the intended return items or they are not sent back in time.
Are any items final sale?
All items marked "Final Sale", are ineligible for return. Exceptions will not be made for sizing, fit, or fabric issues. Our Customer Care team is delighted to assist you with any inquiries you might have regarding a style before making your purchase. We recognize that buying final sale items online can sometimes be a bit challenging.
Damaged Package
If your package arrives damaged, unusable, or otherwise in an unacceptable condition, for example, the box is wet, torn, etc. you may file a claim immediately. Please remember to include pictures of the item(s) and packaging. Damaged claims must be filed within 15 days from the date it was marked delivered.
International Returns
We currently do not offer international returns.

How accurate is the estimated ship date?
Our goal at Goldie LeWinter is to provide full transparency to our customers in our lead times. When estimating our pre-order ship date, we try to cushion with the latest possible ship date. Therefore, the timeline you are seeing should be the longest you will have to wait for your pre-ordered item but there is a chance you may receive your item sooner!
What if my order contains both pre-order and in-stock items
Shipment of your in-stock items may be delayed until your pre-order item is ready for shipping. To ensure faster delivery of your in-stock items, we recommend placing two separate orders - one for your pre-order items and one for your in-stock items.
Can I cancel my pre-order?
Should you decide that you no longer wish to purchase your pre-ordered item, you can reach out to hello@goldietees.com to cancel the order for a full refund any time before the order ships. Once the order has processed and shipped, it can no longer be canceled and you will need to proceed through our return process, here.

How long will it take to receive a response to my email?
At the moment, we are experiencing an unusually high volume of inquiries, and our dedicated team is putting forth their best efforts to respond to everyone promptly. Typically, you can expect a reply within 1-2 days, but currently, our response times may extend up to 5 business days. We understand that this delay can be frustrating, and we truly appreciate your understanding and patience during this time!
The item I want is out of stock, what do I do?
We recommend signing up for the “waitlist” for that style. We will send you an email once the item you are looking for becomes available. For specific inquiries, please contact hello@goldietees.com
Do you offer free shipping and returns?
We offer free shipping for U.S. orders over $100! Unless you are processing an exchange, $10.95 is deducted from your refund for the cost of the return shipping label.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are processed and will leave our warehouse within 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. For your convenience, we will send you an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow your order's journey. Once processed, your order is expected to be delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your shipping address. All orders ship from our warehouse in New York.
What if I need to change my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot make any changes to the items in your order. If you see an error in your shipping address, please email us at hello@goldietees.com as quickly as possible. We will do our best to accommodate an edit to the shipping address before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order is processed with the original address, the carrier may allow the recipient to request a change before the package is out for delivery. We encourage you to get in touch with them!
I need to cancel my order! What should I do?
Please email hello@goldietees.com as quickly as possible! If your order has not already been processed, we will do our best to cancel it. We cannot guarantee that we can make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. If your order has been processed, you are more than welcome to place a new order or initiate an exchange here once you receive your order. Goldie LeWinter offers free exchanges and free standard shipping on all orders within the US over $100.
I placed an order earlier this week, and now my items are on sale! Do you offer price adjustments?

Having issues with international tracking numbers?
Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. If you are unable to track your package, please email hello@goldietees.com
Tracking is showing that my package has been delivered, but it’s nowhere to be found! SOS!
No need to worry! Occasionally, carriers may mark a package as delivered before it actually arrives. We suggest you double-check your order confirmation to verify that the shipping address is accurate. Additionally, it might be helpful to check with your neighbors to see if they inadvertently received your package. If your package hasn’t arrived within 3 business days, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
What is Organic Cotton?
Organic Cotton consumes 87% less water compared to traditionally grown cotton and produces 45% fewer greenhouse gas emissions. Conventional cotton farming is widely recognized for its heavy pesticide use, which is the highest among all crops globally. Unfortunately, this reliance on chemicals results in the hospitalization of nearly 1 million farmworkers annually. By choosing Organic Cotton, we prioritize the safety of both the individuals we collaborate with and the products we offer. It’s a healthier choice for you and a more sustainable option for the planet.
What are low-impact dyes?
Low-impact dyes are recognized for being more environmentally friendly since they avoid the use of toxic chemicals. They also possess a higher absorption rate, allowing for reduced water consumption. In contrast, conventional clothing production employs over 8,000 synthetic chemicals, many of which are recognized as carcinogenic and harmful to our health. We stand by the belief that what comes into contact with your skin is important.
Where is your product made?
All of our products are manufactured in Peru, where we collaborate with factories that prioritize social and environmental responsibility.
Are your factories fair trade certified and ethical?
While our factories do not hold official certifications, they adhere to fair trade standards. Maintaining ethical manufacturing practices is a key focus for us.
What materials do you use to ship your orders?
Online orders are shipped using recycled paper mailers and boxes that are recyclable and made in the United States. Your garment will arrive in a recyclable polybag. We do not ship any branded materials other than the paper order confirmation slip in order to reduce our single-use waste.
What kind of thread do you use?
Not many people think of this, but polyester thread is very common as it is cheap and durable. We make sure to use cotton thread whenever possible and hope to use organic cotton thread in the near future.
Is your product vegan?
Yes, no animals were harmed here! We use natural, plant-based fabrics.
Is your office eco-friendly?
Yes. As a team, we try our best to reduce our environmental footprint. We opt for eco-friendly office supplies and avoid plastic whenever possible.
How does your sizing run?

What sizes do you offer?
We currently offer sizes XS - XL.
Why do Goldie LeWinter colors sometimes appear differently across fabric types?
Have you ever noticed that Goldie LeWinter styles with the same name can look different? This is quite common because dye interacts with each fabric uniquely. Our fabrics possess distinct characteristics—such as base color, material content, weight, and knitting technique—which means they each absorb dye in their own specific manner. For instance, a fabric with a more natural-colored base will yield a different shade compared to one with a pure white base. Furthermore, no production run is identical; even minor variations can affect how fabric absorbs dye, leading to slight differences in shade. Each fabric requires a distinct dye formulation to achieve the same color tone, and some variation is to be anticipated. For example, the Rose dye formula for Organic Terry is different from that used for Organic Stretch. To maintain color consistency across dye batches, our factories ensure that the total weight of the batch and the dye-to-garment weight ratio are uniform. Water temperatures are also consistently maintained between 140-160°F. To minimize any color discrepancies in your purchase, we recommend selecting a set made from the same fabric. How often do you restock products?
We strive to collaborate closely with our factories to restock products as efficiently as possible. Our goal is to keep our classic colors available year-round; however, new colors introduced each season may not always be restocked. As a sustainable brand with a small team, we prioritize quality over quantity—ensuring we uphold our ethical supply chain and clean material standards is our top commitment, and we will never compromise these principles for rapid mass production. This is something we take great pride in! If you'd like to be notified when products are back in stock, you can easily sign up. Simply choose your size and color on the product page and enter your email address to join the waitlist. We’ll notify you right away when it's restocked!
How often do you send emails?
We understand that inboxes can become cluttered. We strive to ensure our emails are meaningful, but if you find them to be excessive, you can easily unsubscribe at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” or by reaching out to us at hello@goldietees.com.
Can I combine Promotion Codes?
Our system only accepts one promo code at a time.
